When I had my other 2 children (and they’re not that old)…..I think everything had teddy bears or ducks…not hip stripes and dots. YEAH!! for graphic design!

Meant to write about this quite some time ago….but it’s been crazy busy as we plan our 2nd, yes, I said 2nd location…..in Carmel, Indiana. We are extremely excited about this grand plan of ours. Being named one of Child Magazine’s Coolest Kids Boutiques definitely gave us a big pat on the back and helped us realize that all this hard work is paying off…
We love Lucky Lou, our customers seem to love Lucky Lou, and now it seems that Child Magazine loves Lucky Lou! Yeah! Yeah! Yeah! So please, if you haven’t yet paid a visit….please do…in the store or online…..we would love to see you in our neck of the woods.

We came across these fantastic “Abusive Stamps” while meeting with one of our vendors and I about fell over sideways……I immediately wanted to revert to the corporate world and stamp these things all over some crappy business documents! Read these for yourself and you too will want to send your boss or pesky co-worker a little note. I think I’ve read these things 20 times over and I’m still cracking up! Love it! Just Love it!..
Now that I am in my 30’s and have 2 little ones, I don’t typically buy myself any Halloween treats….I actually don’t like candy (thank goodness)….so when we came across these Halloween Mugs to sell in Lucky Lou…..I was more than pleased. Though I don’t enjoy candy, I LOVE coffee! I think I start my morning off with about 3 cups a day (& one of those was a Grande Starbucks this a.m.)…..is that why I am still up?
Any who…..as soon as they fab mugs hit the shelves…I bought one. I don’t really consider myself a witch…..but someone else probably does…so what the hell, I’ll carry around a Witches Brew mug shaped like a pot of some potion this October….. get one for yourself as well…only $16! I just returned from a very very very extended trip to Pigeon Forge (did I spell that right?)….and I must admit that I now need a vacation to recover from my vacation. I was extremely excited to venture out away from my normally stressful life….I just happened to forget how stressful trips can be……
We drove, didn’t fly….but I still should have had these luggage tags to keep myself in good spirits ( I needed good spirits…both the mental and tangible kind).
